Call for empty houses to be used as social housing

The Liberal Democrat group at City Hall has unveiled radical plans to increase the social housing stock in Norwich. Under the scheme, the council would investigate buying up empty houses for use as social housing. The plans will go before council next Tuesday.

Another blow for Norwich Swimmers

Swimmers in Norwich have received another blow with the confirmation that the UEA Sportspark has withdrawn from the City Council's Go4Less scheme. Freight lorries to start using bus/cycle Lane
